2021 Chardonnay 
Margaret River, WA 

Lifted aromas of white peach with subtle citrus notes are blended with soft French Oak complexity for a bouquet of depth and intrigue. A wonderful full bodied Margaret River Chardonnay with creamy oak that balances the mid palate, complimented by rich stone fruit characteristics with subtle layers of citrus and toast. This wine has a complex structure and lengthy finish. 

2021 Pinot Noir 
Grampians, Victoria 

This Pinot Noir is cherry red in colour with complex cherry and strawberry aromas, overlain with subtle oak, sweet char and earthiness. Hints of mushroom, truffle, mocha and dark chocolate balance the fruit weight and provide a savory edge. The fruit flavours are lingering with a lengthy spicy, savory finish.
